They say you have to be a psychopath to be a part of the special forces, and I suppose Teacher fits that in spades. Glad to see this fight is drawing to a close, he’s proven to be somewhat lackluster compared to most of the other Predators in terms of both powers and backstory. Was somewhat hoping it wouldn’t end with the “power of friendship/romance trumps all” trope, but I suppose it was inevitable given the previous chapters and the themes shown throughout the current run (though admittedly I’m surprisingly ok with it concerning Huijin). I wouldn’t be surprised if the plot contrived either a dying speech or him limping away to fight another day, but part of me hopes that his character arc is coming to a close. Then there’s also the possibility of him using June Bug, but given his personality I doubt it.
Since Breeder has Mihui under his control now, he can just afford to resurrect them anyhow I suppose, he only sees them as disposable tools regardless. Pet Shop is indeed an appropriate moniker for his organization, since as Suchan said he doesn’t see them as compatriots, just as pawns on his chitinous chessboard.
I swear if he is still alive after that ima be mad, this fight has been going on for sooo long
