I’m still not giving up on the bet I made last chapter, there’s a 0% chance Suchan is gonna stay human, and there ain’t no way the spirits aren’t gonna do anything, if Cinderella fully truly worked, then it means the spirits are gonna probably gonna die (I’m gonna assume), the main question is how is he gonna get his wings back? Or is the author gonna do something boring?
I’m curious about those Inner Spirits living in Suchan.
What’s stopping them from using Cinderella as a weapon against Breeder? Like fill a tank with it and hose down anyone who tries to attack, They’ll be a lot easier to deal with once they’re human again.

It’s never been said Cinderella stops jungle juice from effecting you again. It’s possible then another dose could transform you again?
Good on them for sticking by their morals and providing Cinderella en-masse. If I were hybridized myself I dunno if I’d want to go back to being human if I’m being honest, I suppose it’d come down to what I’d been combined with, as well as if I knew what the full effects of Cinderella on the ol’ meat mech would be. It doesn’t excuse what Huijin did to Suchan of course, but I can get why so many would be desperate to return to their prior selves, least of all of course those who fought on the front lines for so damn long. Now I suppose it’ll have to be seen what happens next, now that NEST is trying to refine their fighting force while Breeder builds up his army of monsters and slaves.
And while the house may be a secret for now Huijin, I severely doubt it’d be much of a barrier to Breeder in the long run. Not only did he have his spies do their dirty work behind the scenes at NEST for years, but the guy’s been established as a bonafide genius with a gift for skunkworks and information gathering. I wager it won’t be long before he susses out where the two of you are hiding, and while the end goal is to have a life together as humans, the truth is that we’re unfortunately rather squishy compared to the hybrids. You’re no longer effectively immortal, and Suchan can’t fly or fight anymore. What was your plan for if you were cornered? To beg tearfully for the tender mercies of the heartless psychopath who caused this nightmare in the first place?

You were training the students and letting them go on missions and fight Breeder for you. How is that anywhere close to ‘It always was meant to be just us faculty members that would fight.’ Most of the times anything happened in Nest, many of the faculty members were nowhere to be seen until the fight was over.
How was it not already complete? You’ve supposedly been giving it to the valedictorian each year…
This entire chapter feels like a parallel timeline.
