The final arc? I dunno, since if he wants to thoroughly punish all his targets he needs time unless he just decides kill them as soon as he sees them and just skips the torture, which is unlikely. It’s either gonna be rushed because possibly from the author’s health from that months long hiatus or the manga is losing popularity or something which is why they want to try to actually finish the story now.
