The author certainly knows how to write disturbing content. Maybe that was his goal in writing this story in the first place.

Well, nightmare fuel insanity aside, this confirms that either 1. Kyou is actually a guy and not a girl that most, including me,.thought (or he’s one of the very rare cases of being both genders) or 2. This still.doesn’t prove much since Momoki may be a classic case of an unreliable narrator due to her deep insanity.
