While the Bureau is morally gray, these people might be worse. Why exactly are we purposely provoking and then killing ambassadors? This recontextualizes chapters before, because they fully intended to be aggressive from the start, they just wanted to gauge the strength of their “opposers”, which in this case is a completely subjective feeling of wrongdoing, that happened 1000 years ago, for reasons that we don’t completely understand. I stand by my eariler statement, if I was Soga, they would be wiped off the map as well (No the women and children, but the fighters gotta go.).
