What was even the point of this chapter? Dude said he had things handled at the end of last chapter. Hoshino’s still standing in the same exact spot as last chapter?

Agreed, while I do love whats going on here in this chapter it takes away from the urgency of what’s literally seconds away from happening. Mina is arms length away from being eaten while all this is happening so the pacing is just completely screwed now. This chapter shouldve been inserted somewhere else a couple chapters ago and MC should be cleaving his way through the city towards 11.
All the while its implied he’s nowhere near her and 11 has vision on him through the other mega monsters. So if he saves her Im just throwing my hands in the air.
At this point surely she’s been fully absorbed because MC’s taking so long
The story has never been great, I’ve been here for the action like most of you I’m sure… but come on, this is a monster fighting manga, I don’t want the power of friendship I want the power of MONSTER PUNCHING
