This chapter just makes things confusing. As MurimHater pointed out, “He didn’t pass because everyone was Superhuman”…How the hell are they superhumans? Cuz if it’s the Suits then that’s fucking cheating and dumb…you telling me it’s better to give Super Suits to an Child than an Adult? Especially an Adult Man?? Bro. Though I don’t wish to downplay her achievements, I’m guessing the Childhood Friend only got chosen for her looks, would make for good Propaganda to have some Superhot Model heroically saving people from the Evil Kaijus. An ugly man wasn’t fit for that purpose. Since there’s no “Magic” in this world I really do fail to understand how This Guy failed the Exam but the Childhood Girl Friend didn’t.
