…so the attempted rape was ignored in court? I guess that makes sense. The girl or her father — or any of the witnessing servants, for that matter — testifying against him would’ve been political and/or financial suicide due to the Earl’s family being the other party. The author probably isn’t gonna tackle such issues, but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

its so cringe , writer is making no sense. they are not saying anything , forced plot flow , mc is cringe , fights are cringe. gladiators are losing mere boy who trained only 1 year , even he knows some boxing technic, but it doesnt make him absolute. his physic doesnt even match their speed and strength, they can just crush him with speed or strength alone. and every gladiators have some , thats why they won in the arena , but writing making them noobs/boots that know nothing. it doesnt deserve 4.5 rating. it should be below 3.5 at least .
