did nobody think it might be more save to demolish the instable, unuseable, burned down building. Or do they just like to wait and see when and if it would fall on somebody

50 left doesn’t seem like enough to build a new building after he uses the slimes and earth magic to get rid of the old building..
is he able to build his own building using earth magic and his slimes? make bricks and let the slimes spit on some mortar and place them?

How is anyone ever supposed to buy a house if it costs hundreds of Gold Coins? Their value is quite high in this Manga, if you consider 1 small Gold Coins is worth 1 million small Copper Coins and you still need hundreds of it, even if a small Copper Coin is 1 cent, it’s still in the millions of €.
