i have two theories— first is that his brother is also hospitalized thats why he asked which hospital she was in also we dont know anything about his brother but its seems to be kinda sad. second is that we dont know why exactly his gf started crying when they first met so i think it has to do with either her mother being sick or her having so much to do but not being able to talk with anyone about it.
