Hm. Depends on the limits. I get the feeling no matter what there would always be a Chaos risk from demon-clan unhappy with moseration, but the bottom line would be how far you can stretch a single dead body, and at age a person had to die to be “viable/fresh” as food. Millions die every day, it just becomes a question of population percentage and efficient recycling. If you can keep them from killing people by harvesting natural/terminal/suicide deaths it seems sustainable. Not that anyone would ever accept that, of course. Buuut I love Eldritch Horror so I already had an evil giggle at the ogre president glue art. Maybe don’t listen to me.

You shouldn’t allow monsters to propagate.
In terms of survival. Humanity should annihilate all of these monsters.
There is no coexistence.
They view us as food.
