Lol okay that was just too funny. He gets so excited thinking he was going to get food money and ends up with so little. The look on his face made me laugh.
Those disguise masks they used must have magic imbued on them. How else would they disguise their eyes? I can’t see a plain mask covering their epicanthic folds without some kind of magic.
I don’t like the wannabe comedic dynamic between the two. It makes the grey haired dude way too week, and it makes the MC way too assh0le. There is no benefit in being always so mean. He could show some gratitude for the help he receives. And since they’re going to work together quite a lot, it wouldn’t do damage if they have a respectful relationship.
