My take on why Pietro is considered the strongest:
It boils down to his adaptability.
He can adapt to any situation he’s thrown in. Add his abundance of real experience and you get the perfect assassin..
Pietro doesn’t need to be the physically strongest, fastest or smartest on the planet. He just needs to be able to adapt to the enemy and find a way do counter this specific strength.
He’s the perfect alrounder while the others are specialists and that’s what’s making him so dangerous.
Pietro Is only using the surrounding to win. He Is very smart and strong but the enemy has cheat ability. Thaddaeus reaction time 0s, That mean the brain process information faster than light. I hope we Will see something more interesting In the next fight. ALSO THADDAEUS TORTURER IS HIS FATHER??? 
Pietro is the strongest all around, he doesn’t need to be super strong or super fast because he’s fast enough to be somewhat on par with thaddeus and strong enough to be somewhat on par with the medical guy. If he was the strongest, fastest, poison blooded, ect he would just be op and less cool.
at this point I doubt Pietro is the strongest, idk if he’s holding back or something but he still doesn’t have any fight that proves his reputation as the strongest especially against disciples + he’s in his prime body and still struggling, but maybe he’s really holding back, I can’t tell.
Ah, I though MC has ability to copy or maybe he pushed his physical abilities beyond human limits to react and imitiate him. That would have been much cooler. Using the surronding gets boring/ basically useless at this point and he only got lucky that he seen the moves from his father so he knew it beforehand. Im telling u rn, MC needs a crayz ability like these discples, he always gets beaten up even using weapons/ enviroment is useless against these monester aint no way this is all he got to become so feared. He must have some crayz trait/ability.
