Kan Ki, yet again, probably about to find excuses like “it is less cruel to rape and kill civilians for the laughs that to go on a war for unification that may kill millions”. I believe Ri Boku has the same kind of cowardly rethoric that conveniently forgets how many have died over the last 500 years of strife, and how many will died in the 500 following ones.

what shin is saying is true. if you leave hatred and thoughts of revenge in every territory you capture then you are just asking for revolt, guerilla warfare and instability in all your regions. only by being a “benevolent” conqueror can you truly unify china.
