Youka: “Traveling merchant” that reported to Rishi in top panel about his 2 yr time in Zhao…except Youka told Rishi he didn’t know/report about Riboku’s trap that killed Kanki.
Kan Pishi: Han Legalist expert that Rishi wanted to bring over to Qin to write laws for new dynasty. He mean mugged Youka while passing by Rishi’s private courtyard.
Youka noticed spies in the courtyard, then he saw Kanpishi…made the connection that he’s either a spy or their spymaster, so he runs and tells Rishi.
Kanpishi also knows what’s up so he sends away his Han spies.
Rishi then confronts Kanpishi about it, but Kanpishi’s like hold on…lemme tell you that Youka is a double spy too.
some one can explain? pls
