You sprung the trap succesfully with archers, but where is the most lethal nr. 1 archer in the entirety of China? This was a perfect moment to have him singlehandedly stop a force bound for a rear attack by taking out the leader of the pack, Kaine. If this massive war ends without the archer kid taking out anyone of note, then he’s being severely underused. This war started with an enemy master-archer showcasing how devastating his involvement can be, it would be weird to have him fall to Shin’s master archer and that being all his contribution to the entire war.
