I find the lack of confidence in the quality of your own troops disturbing.
They all think their ‘main force’ might be wiped out against an enemy army division that was only meant to hold the main force long enough for Riboku to spring his death trap.
On top of that, they assume both the left and right armies will still be locked in place, even with Riboku out of the picture for a substantial period of time.
