The building may be fixed, but who’s covering the cost of disposal for the all the rubble on the street? 
This guy is a bloody simpleton, He’s just cut the end of the building off with the sword… he’s no idea what he did, and he’s still stood there waving the sword around in while he talking to the others and the owner. I have thought this before, but kept my trap shut/ but on living things he has to know what he is healing hence why a cold got worse, he didn’t know the cause, where as the spine he knew the issue or close to it. With objects he just has to think of what they are to ‘heal’ them back to normal.
Yep. Absolutely, absolutely a skill meant for objects. People only if healthy (no illness, no poison and no curses. Which is a lot of drawbacks compared to items).
