I don’t understand why they don’t just rejoin into one whole entity. It didn’t seem to me like there was anything wrong with the original Mel before she was split into light and dark versions of herself. So why did it become a situation where the only answer is to eliminate one or the other. Why not have them both join and become what they were originally, whole Mel?
