Another favorite japan trope, doormat guy vs aggressive girl, who gonna do whatever she wants with him.  
When reading stories, I tend to project myself on the protagonist. So protagonist being this pathetic, is just hurts me mentally.
I know, that Im speaking to non existent character and no way in hell, hes gonna hear me and take my advice, but still… Dude, stop being doormat.
This girl, once said that your ugly. Unpleasant? Sure, but thats it.She doesnt probably even remember you. Such trauma (sarcasm lol). Man up, there a people who fight in wars, have their limbs torn off and their comrades dead, but they still have less PTSD reactions than you do.
And even if you still cant stand her company – just leave, tell her to piss off, do something. Will you allow a girl thats smaller and weaker than you, just push you to bed and restrict your movement like that? Im not telling you to punch her in the face, but you can atleast push her off  
Seriously, stop eating sugar and soy, eat more meat, go in a gym, or something. Just up those testosterone levels, please.
