Web novel is better. That second “hero” with the slaves that killed an elf? Never happened, its literally a filler done for the manga. Instead there was a bunch of idiots that were supposed to rescue an aristocrat; the survivors ended imprisoned and now Rei has “cattle” to suck blood from… This “Rin” wolf shaped slime is searching his master, only wanted a warm place to pass winter. WN treats Ichika and the others better, there is more character development and background for each. The manga omitted things like Rokugo temporary transformation into a teenager+ (when she was given the ring), etc… If you want to switch now to the WN after this “NOM” scene, its chapter 124.
