I’m pretty sure that if there was a hot spring that could stop someone from evolving into a monster, and people were know to have actually been cured by it, then that information would not be ‘unreliable’ like some legend, It would be a known fact.

Sciatica is no joke, I could only work standing up, you can not sit down without intense amounts of pain. Lots of painkillers required + Tons of back stretches and like 3 months before I could sit down.
