This is kind of stupid… That he just accepts things, becomes an adventurer and lets himself be pushed around. He hated the adventurers, they invaded his home, murdered him and now he’s just like… ‘oh well it’s cool’

Nope! Ross or Roß (in German there is no distinction between nouns and propper nouns, and all nouns are capitalized) is an old way to say horse. And weisse is grammatically wrong, it either should be weiß (or weiss) or weißes (or weisses) in context with the word Ross.
Both would mean horse white. Though, in the spelling Rossweiss it probably is interpreted as as white as a horse. While weisses Ross definitely means white horse.
