He is playing in hell mode. No level up and few drops 
those foxes didn’t deserve that……they just hangin out with their homies in a cave and some rando comes in and starts massacring them

If he stuck in level 1 that means all monster drop will increase isn’t it
There is plenty of item that increase stat
It doesn’t seem like he’s ever fought with a sword before? Does having high skills just make you good? Or did he buy a book? Doesn’t seem like either of these things but whatever.

Actual “level” (power) is determined by stats not numerical level. So since his stats are crazy high he is in fact much stronger than the level number indicates. Assuming there is no penalty for attacking higher level monsters he’s fine as long as his stats stay above the norm for the strength of the creatures he’s fighting. There is as stated a penalty for attacking mobs 20 levels lower than him (Which he can’t do since he stays level 1) he gets no XP and no loot drops, i wonder if there is a bonus for attacking mobs MUCH higher level than him? So if he gets strong enough to fight level 20 or 21 monsters would that be crazy loot drops?
