Hes still relatively new but he’s determining the effectiveness of seasoned adventurers and deciding they can’t win without his help.
He may have been right but that’s besides the point.
The author is jumping over hurdles to keep his level low enough for there to be a challenge but it’s all nonsense. The MC shouldn’t even have a worry with this thing at 300 if he wasn’t a moron.
One thing the other NPCs are correct about the MC, he is a bona fide level 1, in wisdom and intelligence. Doesn’t matter how much he can drain levels, his brain just doesn’t seem to improve a slightest bit
