This makes no sense. He just drained the calamity class adventurer’s levels. Doesn’t that mean the the MC will get those 300 levels?
Now , If curse drains 1 level as default and he has to spend extra from his own levels for more, So he can use curse many times in a row with the default value while fighting the opponent, he doesn’t have to reset his levels. As long as there is a usage limitation like number of curses per days, number curses per the same person etc or a usage energy etc. So he curses this disaster level shitadv with a 1-curse-per-second rate for 300 secs, He will achieve the same. Though how long he can hold out , we don’t know.

What a waste of 300 levels. I get that the armour is too OP and the author is trying to keep MC with a 1% chance of losing.
But in the process he made the MC retarded, he spent 200 levels for poison (so he can kill mobs at level 1 when he can just kill them instantly at level 201) so he could have fought the lvl 300 as a level over 500 and not needed to waste 300 levels on a one time ability.
that is not the type of ability to be used once.
