Lmao you think that would be described as “turbulent?” Acne is CATASTROPHIC! But those are freckles. The turbulent times are most likely emotional issues revolved around her father being in the hospital while she is just a child. Being unable to do anything due to your age can take a toll on you. Hence the rebellious tsundere stuff she has going on.
