Assuming we got alchemists in this world, if one just started brewing high-grade speed potions, would they essentially become Wally West, because I know background character 25# said he went through a lot to get it, but I just can’t help but think how funny it would be if someone just kept stacking speed, because that item description has no f*cking limit
