Ares is on the 40th floor, Olympus has control of the floor and ares is there probably as a show of force on the region and Kim is antagonizing to fight and get the attention of Hercules who will probably take action in some respect during or after this direct conflict that basically announces Kim yuwon officially going to war with Olympus and with hades going to Asgard to talk probably about an alliance to fund and support a splinter faction within Olympus that Kim is trying to create. In all honesty this looks very much like a repeat of North Korea vs South Korea with the backing of America or maybe Yemen. Either way this is going to get interesting.

Does this mean Ares have two inventories or He is pulling 2 items simultaneously from the same inventory but through 2 different spacial points ?

Uh… this chapter is so fast, short and chaotic that I lost the plot, as the comments below 
I can now confidently say that I’ve lost the plot. I have no idea what happened after the pioneering mission and how we suddenly got to olympus.
