So.. 30secs of casting time balanced the OP AoE of the skill?
In some rpg having high DeX can lower the casting rate.
Example: Lord of vermilion in Ragnarok
If you have 99 + dex, it’s gonna be 0.5 secs.
Lots ad lots of ads sucks… Every 10 sec
