What I don’t get from is a) if there weren’t association rules or laws allowing guilds to control all monsters in a given territory (per argument with Titan guild) then why is this bullying allowed in the exchange without someone stopping it, and b) why would the employee rat out the blond guy if there was no violation? This world description is inconsistent without at least an explainer like MC’s thoughts that the employee must be corrupted/bought.
