It’s not boring, and he’s not sickened by it because of the crimes these guys have committed. He knows there’s no good alternative to eliminating them completely. And I wouldn’t consider what he’s doing “casual.”
This is two people that have deserved it for a long time. Two people that don’t think about “civilians” at all. The people are just bugs to them.
