My argument falls apart if they failed to provide their end of the deal which to protect and provide safety by risking the lives of the people as John Locke once said “ when laws ends, tyranny begins “

my previous argument:
Life, Liberty, and Property 

By the right of inheritance and the laws of property that any country in the world guarantees the ship ownership goes to the 10 families and to take them and redistribute them (the redistribution of wealth) is communism .

by this logic, we can say that the people getting benefits from the ship should pay fees to use the ship and the ship owners are not responsible for providing food and water to those hitchhikers. He only guarantees safety from sea monsters and a place to live.

if they can’t afford food or water that not means you need to steal it from the owner of the ship. 🚢 the owner already do what he can to help them by giving them the minimum amount to survive as charity. If they need more they either need to pay or work for it !

kicking people that your ship can’t afford to take care of or they are a liability to the owner of the ship (not paying the fees to live) is normal but it would be better to be done humanely by leaving them on a land or other boats.

The water 💧 they are providing for the people for free considered charity should since the owner of the ship are not responsible for you living in a luxury (you are an individual) . You can work for the ship owner as an employee in exchange for a salary that can help you live more luxurious life like a butler or security guard or other specialist like a doctor or maintenance.

but the ship owner are not responsible for your own luxury. But he can provide services like protection for your own property while you’re on his ship and safety from the sea 🌊 monsters 👹 other than that you are not allowed to take his boat ⛴️ from him or his other property like water 💧 or food 🍱. It was the hard work of his family and him. 

Fees of the ship ⛴️ 

The ship fees are governed by the law of demand and supply in short there are limited places on the ship and lots of people who want to live there showed by the number of refugees who want to join them. 

The direct workers of the ship owner are exempt from paying taxes I mean the fees of the ship because they are the ones who keep the ship going. 

Abuse of authority or cruel punishment ?

Any security authority in the world has a limit of abuse and corruption which are terrible but there is no escape from people abusing the power they have.

However, the case we are facing here is not abusing authority and for my knowledge there is only one character that trying to abuse his authority and fails 🙃 what we are facing here is a case of cruel punishment. People would argue if you don’t apply the law fast in a situation where everyone on the ship and the ship ⛴️ might get affected by the action of not paying your fees that well affects the payment of the ship workers and that might cause problems in the ship workers.

Conclusion

You can’t force the owner of the ship to give up his property that provides his luxuries life style just because you want it or need it that is what we call stealing no matter how gentle you are while taking others property against their will.
