I really liked this manga but… dude I don’t even know the main purpose of this story anymore. I don’t know the MC’s motivation. Get stronger? Clearly not, he’s just fucking around. Make a sect. Clearly not, he’s just fucking around and hitting his students because he wants to make them feel pathetic. Find the… FMC? FMC… which he’s doing in the background between ten to fifteen chapters each time of fucking around doing nothing. What is the goal here? He’s not interesting enough anymore to keep attention to the story. I DO NOT care about his students, this is not their story. I DO NOT care about whatever that spy subplot they have going, or if they’ll bring back that bandit murderer from a hundred chapters ago or not. There is nothing compelling here right now. They keep dragging it out longer and longer and it’s honestly such a shame. This story had so so so much potential and it is wasted.
