I’ve seen this described in various places as “pedo” or “shotacon”, and those are not correct. This is an arranged marriage proposal Lola undertakes as a mission of national service, and even then, she delays the marriage until he is ‘of age’ in their society. There is never any hint that she is sexually interested in children.

She does tease him sexually after he agrees to become her fiance, but there are two reasons for that. The simple one is that she’s working, as a government agent, to make sure he stays interested in the agreement. The more complicated one is that she sees him like a little brother, and some degree of sexual teasing between siblings is considered normal in Japan. That is, it’s normal in Japanese manga, I’m not sure how much that concept applies to society at large.

Later, she does express attraction to MC, but not for his young body. She becomes attracted to his competence and maturity. In fact,
