Glad he’s getting stronger, but no way was he able to slightly glimpse at a level 17 domain breakthrough (level 17 to him seems non-existent until he actually reaches it). He didn’t even mastered level 16 (which he hasn’t experienced from a personal standpoint and current max level), let alone 15, 14, 13, you get the point.
Especially since level 17 is endgame, but I actually think a level 18 is possible because if someone else, who doesn’t have plot armor fought against that monster at level 17 would either be weaker or on par (If the monster was also level 17 equivalent). With how Lu Sheng is growing, at level 15 he can fight a level 16 and so on.
With how things are going, I’m going to guess that the alien beast isn’t truly endgame since there is the other side and has to deal with them as well.
