if everyone got a wish, MC was for everyone to return. one wish for their world to be like the game. seems like Mia probably wished to be the MC’s little sister. as he said he didn’t have any sibling and his parents didn’t care about him. it makes sense, especially if she was still alive while petrified, she saw his selfless act, and already knew of his wish. she was the only proclaimed dead who health didn’t reach zero, so her body could’ve been considered dead while the mind was awake. also Ea if it’s how I believe it sounds, is just Mia without the m, and a different spelling so it wouldn’t be as obvious. this is also how I believe a younger Mia would look
