Aight so what I can see from this is that he spoke to the sister that gave him (us the reader) some common lore about the diablo world and somewhat of a starter quest, then he wanted to but some items only to find that he has no money. Now is the part that we are all confused about – him having a breakthrough/mental breakdown? It’s kind of strange that he has suddenly changed his personality especially with him being a normal person before transmigrating. I think the dialogue there was just an excuse for him to mature and become a killing machine, really weird that he would think like that though.
