Moving the cosmetics guy to a design department makes no business sense. There is no overlap in skills required. One is a science field and the other is communication oriented. Then again most of the chairman’s moves aren’t logical and are purely idealistic which wouldn’t result in success at the speed he is making these changes in.
The Stocks would have also dropped naturally on their own without shorting the market if he simply announced he was firing all the executive management. No way normal investors would feel comfortable with such a sudden and uncertain change

Rich dads create spoiled sons, poor dads create humble sons. You must break this cycle and reverse it. Rich dads creating humble sons that respect them and poor dads spoil their poor sons so they feel indebted and confident.
