You know, I would’ve thought that by now humans would have a civilization with only slightly regressed technology seeing as the influx of highly skilled and knowledgeable people would be far from negligible, and surely this world isn’t completely devoid of resources. Worst comes to worst, the human body has a ton of useful elements which can be harvested from end humans, dug up from the bodies being constructed by the flowers, etc. The limiting factor would be the lifespan before the skilled workers turn into end humans, but honestly i don’t think that that will be too much of an issue considering the skilled worker will be fulfilled with their work and progress and that the progress itself will fulfill others. On a side note, it’d be really cool if you could genetically engineer the flowers to create things other than bodies but that’s quite a bit beyond the projected tech.
