Doesn’t seem like the story for me, but it really emphasizes an important point that’s extremely easy to miss: people LOVE when you pay attention to them, take note of how they contribute, make them feel seen. It’s the “love language” of virtually everyone.
If you can convey to someone “I know what you love anf hate, and act on it without you having to tell me”, you’d boost up their rankings immensely.
Of course, that sounds like a stalker’s behavior if you apply it to a stranger, common sense applies…
