i guess the king is a corrupt fucker and sent every male in good conditionsm to fight off the monster. Mf probably gave them a single sword and thought the problem would be fixed and now he needs to spend resources summoning heroes
Well true, item boxes are one of the most overpowered skill in existence, for the simple reason you only need 1 person with that skill and you can rob the entire treasury of a country
