Shit manga wtf he can just kill them all. And if he doesn’t want to kill them at least tell reason why they need to live.they were just a shit NPC and can’t do shit
MC only killed like 50-100 BUT at the end the bats made him use a AOE attack that killed so many
if MC didnt like old pill master he would have killed him and then the bats would not attack
BUT this is to show how much the evil demon that MC was has changed
A SATISFYING ENDING OF AN ARC 🙂 
So, instead of one-shotting them by just ripping their hearts out he destroyed half of his wife town, killed 3 and wounded 1 of his enemies and a whole lot of civilians (who should’ve run away, not watch the show).
to be fair he did cause this by playing with them instead of just killing them after he powered up
