This is why you don’t announce your surprise attacks, also what’s with the evil monologue to the other guy when his bloody baby heat was in her he didn’t plan to sacrifice her from the beginning.

Not really plot armor…. I mean, obviously it was attracted to the fight and maybe sand. It’s common sense to not make a ruckus around strong critters
