Can the author make up his mind about the MC? Is he a demonic cultivator or a hero of the people? For once just let MC be a villain or an antihero, not every story has to be about and MC becoming a nice person, who helps every unfortunate soul that gets in his way. He has a revenge story and his own goals. Just let him pursue them on his own or at least with likeminded or similarly powered people. The Girl is just a burden and an annoyance. I understood it when he was doing stuff for the Lou girl because of the heart magic restriction. But he has no such restriction for this girl. Why are some MCs given this stubborn and harsh personality but then lose their balls every time some useless character begs to accompany them. The story “I am The Fated Villain” pulls this off really well which is why I like it a lot. I was hoping that this story was going to be similar, so far it hasn’t, but I will keep reading in hopes that it gets better, or I will skip through this arc.
