Thing is, NO ONE but MC (and maybe the two guys) has any idea what sort of magic just happened. Those were all first level spells, and I’m sticking with it.

If he improved the dam or dug a big lake for the water the flood would be resolved way faster minimizing the damage… He is capable of large scale magic now, isn’t he?
