I’m not trying to justify anything but the dragon is not quite a loli, just look at the size in comparison when she was sitting on the mc’s shoulders. There she looks more like a schoolgirl of 16 year old with small breasts.
But yeah, in some panels they go a little too far and draw making her look too much like a loli. (I’m only talking about the dragon, Iruna without any excuse is a loli)

You know, if you read the webnovel, they never tell Nell that Lefi is the supreme dragon and she never acknowledges it. Which is a bit frustrating since I cant tell if its waiting for a big reveal or the author just completly forgot
