Easy. The woman being raped is terrified, violated and traumatized for life.
The man being raped can’t get that “Jack Nicholson as the Joker” smile off his face that he will maintain ’til death.
Unless he is getting assaulted by the cast of “The View”. In which case, just get out from between them and their feeding trough, and they will lose interest and he might escape. Or become dessert.
