they already do stuff where they say someone is 300 zang tall, but then draw them only being 12 feet tall which is the height that matches novel.
their translation of numbers is wierd, but also…
they use metaphorical references alot, like saying 10,000 is the same as saying unmeasurably huge, or 3,000 dao’s but its not 3000, its a reference to the concept of infinite daos categorized, not a direct translation number.
also their tech is far more advanced than earth tech, but seems to have been lost how to make it all somewhere in distant past…
so there could be giant space arrays and that planet being manmade or something at work etc.
