IRL, older days, work hard and get work done fast & efficient, then take ample breaks for rest, recovery, communication with coworkers, and thinking time to avoid mistakes.

inhumane inconsiderate computer soulless accounting number crunching,
no breaks,
or
the breaks you get they count travel time to break area & bio,
so a 30 min break is only 2-5 minutes & hour break is less than 20 min.
You get 50% the money you earn & it’s also taxed twice.
Not enough time to coordinate with coworkers.
Machines with “spaces” for “human batteries” to operate them.
Overworked by system trying to suck out all your energy so you have none left when you get home.
